I really loved how easy it was to stroll to the beautiful Castle of San Juan de Ulua and relax at Zamora Park, both within a short walk from the hotel, making my weekend full of delightful explorations. The large room with air conditioning provided ample space for relaxation. Daily water bottles were a thoughtful touch that kept us refreshed. The city view from our room added a nice ambiance to our stay.
The overall cleanliness could be more thorough.

I booked a Triple Room with Three Double Beds for 6 nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool offered great views and was a refreshing spot after a long day. The room was spacious and came with AC, which was a relief. However, we faced issues with our key cards. They kept deactivating, so we had to get them reset multiple times. The water cooler's taste was off, had a hint of chlorine, so we avoided drinking that. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist us. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Restaurant service was nice, but food options could be improved a bit. Overall, a decent stay, but with a few quirks.
