    convenient park

walking distance to iconic landmarks and vibrant parks

I really loved how easy it was to stroll to the beautiful Castle of San Juan de Ulua and relax at Zamora Park, both within a short walk from the hotel, making my weekend full of delightful explorations. Plus, the staff at the front desk were always attentive and genuinely friendly, enhancing my stay with their outstanding service.

    spacious room

    outdoor swimming pool

Can just recommend for a mini-vacation

Spacious room, convenient amenities, with a nice big room featuring AC, and the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

    Nothing could be improved.

    spacious room
    daily water bottles
    pool area
    key card issues

The room was nice and spacious. The daily water bottles were a great touch! We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the chill vibe at the outdoor seating area. The only hiccup was that our key cards would sometimes deactivate, but it didn't take away from our overall fun experience. 😊

    spacious room
    daily water
    cleanliness issue

good stay , but some room for improvement

The large room with air conditioning provided ample space for relaxation. Daily water bottles were a thoughtful touch that kept us refreshed. The city view from our room added a nice ambiance to our stay.

The overall cleanliness could be more thorough.

    rooftop pool
    good location
    friendly staff
    key card
    water taste
    restaurant options

I booked a Triple Room with Three Double Beds for 6 nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool offered great views and was a refreshing spot after a long day. The room was spacious and came with AC, which was a relief. However, we faced issues with our key cards. They kept deactivating, so we had to get them reset multiple times. The water cooler's taste was off, had a hint of chlorine, so we avoided drinking that. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist us. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Restaurant service was nice, but food options could be improved a bit. Overall, a decent stay, but with a few quirks.

    quiet room

It was just a good pick for a holiday in Veracruz with good value for cost. The staff was really nice and upgraded me to a quieter room after I complained about the noise. Just be sure to ask about any renovations happening during your stay.
